Receptionist

Job Description:

• Answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages
• General filing
• Submitting bank deposits for the company
• Receiving and filing incoming mail
• Picking up plans from surveyors and filing
• Delivery of letters to Post Office
• Ordering supplies as needed
• Picking up supplies when required
• Running errands
• Data Entry

**Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation**

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• General knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry would be an asset
• Basic numeracy understanding would be an asset
• Related experience is not required, but the successful applicant must be a hard worker and be willing to learn.
