Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and high-energy individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, greeting customers, completing receptionist tasks, organizing files and warehouse and performing basic administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

-Answer phone

-Organizing drawers/files/warehouse

-Organizing events

-Managing software system (Invoice and receipts)

-Knowledge of Microsoft excel, word etc.

-Must know how to speak Cantonese and Mandarin

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
