Receptionist

The team at Dundas Denture Clinic is looking for a Part-time Receptionist

Monday – Friday - No evenings and weekend hours an average of 16 hours/ week

Salary: $21.00 to start

Are you a people person? Approachable and can talk to anyone? Can work independently and take initiative?

We are focused on providing exceptional patient care and the successful candidate will have a passion for building strong patient relationships, excellent communication skills (face to face & telephone) demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Able to work independently and be self-motivated.

Some of your responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Attend to and greet patients in person and on the phone
• Coordinate/schedule and organize appointments
• Maintain and manage patients’ file records
• Process patient payments
• Submit Insurance claims and follow up

Key Competencies:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills
• Effective planner and organizer
• Have a strong work ethic
• Experience in dental is an asset but not mandatory
