Receptionist (Hagersville)
Full-time, Temporary (March-May 2024)
Millards is currently looking for a temporary full-time Receptionist to join our Hagersville Office. As a receptionist, you will work to ensure the highest level of client service possible during a busy tax season. Clients include partners and firm staff as well as patrons of the firm.
Working Periods
- March 4th- May 3rd
- 40-44 hours per week
- Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:30 pm)
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Reception Coverage
- Answering and directing incoming calls on multi line phone system
- Logging of incoming/outgoing packages
- Processing payments (cash/debit)
- Accepting incoming client information and directing appropriately
- Closing/locking up reception at the end of each day
- Help out with filing/mail needs as requested i.e., Sorting, looking up client numbers, folding and stuffing envelopes, assist with T1 questionnaires mail out.
- Client greeting
- Printing and collating tax returns (no data entry)
- Document handling
- Any other tasks as requested.
Skills and Abilities
- Must have the ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft office suite specifically Excel & Outlook
- Ability to interact with clients in a professional friendly manner
- Ability to handle confidential client information with the utmost discretion.
- The flexibility to work additional hours.
