We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a receptionist.
- Previous reception experience answering multi-phone lines with high call volume.
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
- Outbound cold calling & booking appointments.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Receive, respond to and forward incoming calls and correspondence via e-mail.
- Greeting and directing customers.
- Excellent customer service skills, multitasking capability, and organization.
- Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software.
- Fluent English.
About You
- Proficient with MS Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of ZOHO CRM would be an asset.
- A second language would be an asset.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and self-motivating environment.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications skills.
- Attentive to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 44 per week
