Reporting to the Service Manager, the Reception is responsible to look after the receptionist area and act as a key person in administration.
Duties & Responsibilities
RECEPTION
· Answer all incoming calls promptly and with a cheerful Voice & Smile. Do not leave callers on hold for more than 30 seconds.
· Direct callers to sales calls, service calls, and parts calls when appropriate & transfer to proper voicemail
· Greet customers in a pleasant manner
· Handle incoming deliveries and shuttle pickup arrangements
· Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner at ALL TIMES.
· Write up messages with proper info (name, tel number, date & time of call). Be sure to give messages to the proper person in a timely manner
· Manage Customer Activity Log
