In Studio Receptionist - Studio Set Laurier

We are currently looking to fill in the following shifts at our Laurier locations:

Sunday to Thursday 8:30Am to 1:30PM at Studio Set Laurier

Job Summary:

Studio Set is both a Pilates Studio and a Boutique. The receptionist is in charge of both sales and customer service. You will be in charge of the day to day interactions with new and regular clients, answering emails and phone calls regarding appointments and any questions related to our classes or Pilates in general. You will also be in charge of signing in clients before each class and making transactions for both the Boutique and the Studio.

A background in sales is required. A background in Pilates is not necessary but is strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities:

• Being in charge of sales in the boutique
• Make sure the customer service is the priority
• Answering phone calls and emails as well as information requests
• booking new client appointments
• Coordinating with the instructors to offer the best possible service at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised environement both at the reception and in the classes
• Some cleaning tasks, including: laundry, dishwashing, dusting and sweeping.
• Completing transactions for the Boutique and the Studio.
• Making sure client forms are completed and signed

Proficiency in both French and English is required for this job.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00 per hour
