Overview:
We are seeking a Office Assistant to join our team. As our Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multidisciplinary health clinic. Requirements :
- Reliable and upbeat personality
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- No MOA certificate required
- Previous experience in health care setting and with Jane Practice Management Software is a big asset, but will train right candidate
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and check in patients upon arrival
- Answering phones and emails
- Assisting with coordination of patient flow through the day
- Scheduling appointments, receiving payments, end of day balancing
- Some third party insurance verification/billing and basic filing
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Assist healthcare providers as needed, maintain patient confidentiality
