Dream Design Architecture is an architectural design firm that specializes in residential projects like legal second dwellings, home additions and custom homes. We can take on any project that is within Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code (OBC). We have to two main goals: satisfy the client's needs while maintaining the OBC guidelines and maintaining the client's budget. We are a BCIN Certified firm and are constantly growing. That is why we are looking for a enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist for the Ottawa area office that will work as part of the team in our rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Order supplies needed for the buisness.
- Prepare invoices and send them out to the client.
- Receive payments and tracks what is paid and what is not.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
- Schedule appointments with new clients and answers phone calls
- A variety of other duties to be discussed.
Skills:
- Have a G driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Must be living in the Ottawa.
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of administration is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Responsible and reliable
- Always on time
- 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft office products and video call devices.
Education:
Completed a diploma in Office administration at college and/or university.
