Job description

Receptionist/Assistant to the Director

Artemis Assessment & Treatment Centre is seeking applications for a full-time Receptionist/Assistant to the Director for our Windsor location.

Salary:

Yearly based, commensurate with experience, to be negotiated.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education or extensive experience.
  • Psychological experience is a definite asset.

Start Date:

February 6 or February 12

At Artemis Assessment & Treatment Centre, we assess children, adolescents, and adults for Specific Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Giftedness. Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurately directing incoming calls to relevant personnel.
  • Responding to telephone and email inquiries. Directing inquiries to relevant personnel.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Processing client billing.
  • Preparing accurate receipts for insurance purposes.
  • Managing scheduling for psychometrists and coaches.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Ordering testing administration materials.
  • Organizing and maintaining files.
  • Marketing and social media support.
  • Administrative support for the company director.
  • Other duties as assigned, dependent upon experience.
