JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a bilingual (English and French), experienced, and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in talent acquisition, quality assurance, and employee engagement. As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce, ensuring the highest standards of productivity and collaboration.
Please note that this job is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere!!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting:
- Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire top-tier talent.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and monitor performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting established standards.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a high level of productivity and work quality.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall workforce efficiency.
Meetings and Communication:
- Facilitate weekly meetings to address team updates, concerns, and achievements.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring effective communication channels.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture through regular team-building activities and initiatives.
Other Tasks:
-Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
-Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in human resources.
-Handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Proven experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.

Salary: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
