Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Obtain mileage, hours, and documentation from customer vehicles
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their vehicle's needs
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any changes to the estimate
- Process payments and handle cash transactions

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor role, preferably in a Commercial Vehicle repair business or dealership
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding
- Familiarity with dealership operations and procedures is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner

Salary: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
