Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Dispatcher. As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling service requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to our customers.

The Big Task

You will evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job.

Duties
- Receive incoming service requests via phone or email and enter them into the system
- Dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on availability, proximity, and skillset
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times
- Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion of jobs
- Communicate with customers regarding any delays or changes in service plans
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred and will enhance your opportunity
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, HouseCall Pro or other ERP/CRM home service systems
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
