Dispatcher/Customer Service

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative and a cross border disptcher to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is for 13 months to cover a mat leave with the possibility of a permanent position.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and order status
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as necessary
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and provide updates to customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in typing and using phone systems
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations is preferred
- Understanding of supply chain processes is a plus
- Experience with SyteLine or similar ERP software is beneficial
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 13 months

Salary: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
