Power Vac Ontario/National Duct is Canada's largest duct cleaning service with a fleet of over 30 state-of-the-art vacuum vehicles. The Company operates across southern Ontario, from Ottawa to Windsor, in both residential and commercial sectors. It is currently on a path of explosive growth.
The Job
A management team member, the Dispatcher will be moving vehicles and service technicians around daily depending on events in the field. He/she will also be responsible for liaising with homeowners and service technicians.
The Compensation
On top of the hourly pay, the Dispatcher is eligible for a retention bonus of up to $5,000 and a monthly percentage of the gross profit of the Company. The Company will also provide a cell phone.
Background and Experience
The candidate needs to have 2-5 years of dispatching and customer interaction experience, a dynamic personality and the ability to multitask.
