```Duties```
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding product inquiries, pricing, freight, and transportation management systems.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately using SyteLine or similar software.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Handle shipping and receiving inquiries and provide necessary information to customers.
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and order details.
- Utilize phone etiquette to provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry and order processing using SyteLine or similar software.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Typing skills with accuracy and speed.
