Customer Service & Dispatch Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in a Pest Control or Home-Services Customer Service role with a strong background in scheduling and routing. Additionally, a good understanding of the GTA and surrounding area is a must!

The Customer Service & Dispatch Manager is responsible for managing a team of technicians and office staff to ensure they are providing professional and friendly service to clients while working to build strong relationships and solve problems.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Answering phones, while giving exceptional Customer Service to aid in retention and acquisition of new clients

· Evaluating, scheduling and pricing jobs

• Organizing routes and Technician schedules for optimum service and time efficiency
• Overseeing all activities to ensuring company is adhering to industry best practices and company policy
• Additional responsibilities may include monitoring accounts receivable, coordinating payroll information and progress reporting for commercial accounts

COMPETENCIES:

· Geographical understanding the GTA and surrounding areas in order to schedule appointments efficiently

· Previous experience in a phone-based Customer Service role with a strong sales skill and the ability to overcome objections

· Good administrative and technical skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately while on phone to document and schedule calls

· Proven organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to balance several tasks with ease while focusing on quality

· Understanding of scheduling, dispatching and routing to meet customer needs and company efficiencies

SALARY:

Starting Wage of $45-$60K/year based on experience.

Raises based on efficiency and performance.

This is an in-person role (not virtual or remote) the office is located in Bradford Ontario.
