As the Site Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing overall support to the Completion/Well Servicing Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform Administrative Activities & Support the Completions/Well Servicing Team
Organize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and maintain files.
Assist in planning lookbacks, Spring Meetings, and Winter Program planning meetings.
Provide administrative support using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Manage ordering for Completions/Well Servicing, including office supplies, PPE, maps, radios, and grocery orders.
Process invoices, provide expense reporting support, and facilitate building and site access requirements.
Manage location handover documents for the integrated winter program.
Assist coordinators and well site leaders with various tasks as needed.
Field Accommodations
Process/oversee all Completions/Well Servicing camp reservation forms
Approve 3rd party camp charge sheets
Verify daily camp reports - no shows, on hold rooms etc.
Manage Completions camp forecasts
Onboarding & Offboarding
Coordinate new hires, employee changes, office moves, etc.
Onboard new hires & offboarding terminations
Create & maintain Onboarding documents in SharePoint
Requirements and Qualifications:
Relevant diploma or certificate in a related field - Asset.
Minimum 3 years of administrative-related experience - Required.
Oil & Gas experience - Asset.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Required.
Working knowledge - Asset.
Confident, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player with superior interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills - Required.
Good communication skills - both written and verbal - Required.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment - Required.
Displaying tact and good judgment in resolving problems and answering inquiries - Required.
A high degree of initiative and self-motivation - Required.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
