We are currently hiring for an open-minded, solution-driven and people-focused Site Administrator on our CNRL project site based out in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
As a Site Administrator, you will be tasked with ensuring the team at Sarens Canada is provided with exceptional service on site and will include all administration on site as delegated by the project manager, site supervisor, or other management staff of Sarens Canada. This work includes, but may not be limited to:
· Ensuring adherence to Sarens safety policies both on and off site and encourages co-workers, clients, and suppliers to follow the same standards;
· General administration, including booking rooms, contacting employees to confirm schedules, ordering office supplies, maintain filing system, etc.
· Completing any paperwork requested and/or required by the client as needed and on an ongoing basis;
· Payroll services, including verifying and/or correcting time sheets and properly submitting them, tracking down needed paperwork for payroll, etc.
· Assistance with HRM including assisting personnel with completing required paperwork, conducting orientations on site, issuing work permits, etc.
· Health and safety reporting as needed and in conjunction with Sarens QEHS Manager and site safety personnel, ensuring personnel have the proper PPE and alerting the office when they don’t, etc.
· Other duties as required.

· Between 4-5 years of experience in an administrative role;
· Familiarity with excel and payroll software would be an asset;
