Form of workAdecco is currently seeking a diligent and experienced Site Administrator for a full-time position at a renowned energy company specializing in synthetic crude production from oil sands, located in Wood Buffalo, AB. In this integral role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the mining and tailings shift teams, operating on a 6-day on, 6-day off schedule with straight day shifts. Shifts: 6 days on, 6 days off | 12 hours/day
Job type: Full-time | Contract, ending on Dec 31, 2024, with possibility of extension

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage timekeeping through workday and universal time team systems
Update vacation requests from employees
Support shift organization through employee data management
Generate reports on various time-related matters
Coordinate team functions during shifts
Handle ad-hoc administrative requests
Requirements and Qualifications:
Preference given to applicants with office administration experience
High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to effectively manage shifting priorities
Strong communication skills with colleagues
Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
