Job Summary:
Morgan Construction is seeking an experienced Site Administrator. Under the direction of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, this position is responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate entry of project data including labor, equipment, safety, and materials into a custom costing/billing database as well as the swift coordination of all logistics relating to crew members.

Responsibilities:
· Processing timesheets
· Processing third-party labor, equipment, materials, and invoices
· Reviewing, coding, billing in Spira, and reconciling with purchase orders.
· Submits Daily Field Reports to be uploaded to client SharePoint daily.
· Tracking daily equipment usage for billing calculations.
· Reconciliation and balancing of entries.
· Onboarding new hires - At times bringing new hires to site could be anywhere from one to up to ten people per week.
· Books camp in the client’s logistics program (iLogistics).
· Facilitates site access by submitting badge requests.
· Handling general requests such as cost exports and revisions to completed tickets.
· Occasional on-site visits may be necessary to meet specific client requirements.
· Other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
· Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Demonstrates the ability to show initiative and be a self-starter.
· Detail and results-oriented with the ability to multi-task, and adhere to deadlines, even in high-pressure situations.
· Ability to work independently, and within a team environment.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Promote positive relationships working in a team environment or when dealing with vendors and co-workers.
· Must be experienced in dealing with confidential information in accordance with privacy legislation.
Schedule:
· 14/7 with 8-hour shifts. May be required to work additional hours based on business demands.
Requirements:
· Certificate from a recognized Office Administration, Accounting, or Finance Program.
· Knowledge of basic payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
· Experience in a construction, oil/gas, or heavy equipment environment would be an asset.
· Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
· Valid Class 5 driver’s license and a reliable vehicle; clean drivers abstract.
