Accounting Bookkeeper

Responsibilities

-Calculate and prepare payroll checks.

-Maintain financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized accounting systems.

-Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.

-Record journal entries.

-Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.

-Prepare the trial balance of the books.

-Reconcile accounts.

Skills

-Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.

-Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

-Experience in payroll processing and tax regulations.

-Familiarity with budgeting and financial analysis.

-Ability to perform account reconciliations and analyses.

Proficiency in accounting software.

-Attention to details and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
