Bookkeeper

A dynamic and fast growing company currently looking to add an experienced, motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper to its team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Perform bank and account reconciliation

· Post vendor invoices

· Prepare and post customer invoices

· Process accounts payable checks and other payment methods

· Prepare Daily Bank Deposit of checks

· Monthly GST/PST Reports

· Knowledge of Simply Accounting an asset

The successful applicant will be highly organized, have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize and understand the importance of attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Experience with Sage 50 an asset.

Salary: $52,500.00-$70,000.00 per year
