Small Accounting Firm looking to hire an experienced bookkeeper for a full-time position. Looking to hire ASAP
The Bookkeeper is responsible for all administrative, bookkeeping and small payroll tasks.
Our office uses QuickBooks online, Acomba and Microsoft Excel for bookkeeping.
Tasks to complete on bookkeeping software's to follow:
-Set Up chart of accounts for new incorporations on any of the above softwares, enter opening balances for closing numbers from prior years financials
-Entries into general ledger
-Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
-Calculation, reporting and filing of GST/QST reports, payroll and DAS and issues related
-Finalizing year end reports- Trial Balance Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss for corporate tax filing
Potential candidate must have experience. Some training will be provided
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
