We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, performing account reconciliations, managing accounts receivable, and assisting with budgeting. The ideal candidate has experience with accounting software such as Sage.

```Responsibilities```

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy

- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections

- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting

- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or errors

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and complete

- Proficient in Sage and other accounting software

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

- Experience with account reconciliation and accounts receivable management

- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial forecasting

- Familiarity with payroll processing and relevant regulations

- Ability to perform detailed account analysis

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
