Bookkeeper

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records.
• Record all transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Prepare and submit tax returns.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain general ledger accounts.
• Analyze financial data and provide reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
• Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
