Accounting Clerk

Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports and statements as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any accounting discrepancies
- Provide support for payroll processing using Ceridian or similar software
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Proficient in data entry and math skills
- Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or Workday
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of account analysis and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with financial services and procedures

Salary: $51,266.00-$63,218.00 per year
