We also offer many services to those who work, live and visit our Campus of Care such as pharmacy, medical clinic and restaurant.
We are seeking an organized and knowledgeable Accounting Clerk to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures, excellent attention to detail, and the ability work within several different business models.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling statements.
Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
Respond to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial transactions.
Qualifications:
Post secondary education in bookkeeping/accounting/business administration. A combination of work experience and post-secondary training is also acceptable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including accounting software.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to manage many competing priorities.
Solid written and clear verbal communication skills
