Accounting Clerk

Responsibilties

-Perform bookkeeping duties, A/R , A/P, Filing, Bank Reconcilations

including maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

-Prepare and process payroll for employees

- Job Costing

Experience:

- Proven experience in governmental accounting practices

- Proficiency in payroll processing and related regulations

- Experience in account analysis and reconcilation

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills

Please note that this is not an entry-level position

Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting is required.

Must have experience using Quickbooks Desktop, Word, Excel, Outlook

Experience in Contract Job Required Documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 28 per week

Ability to Relocate:
