The right PEOPLE will have the ability to:

· Preparing and entering A/P invoices ensuring costs are allocated to proper G/L accounts and proper taxes are applied.

· Allocating A/P invoices to correct jobs.

· Issuing A/P payments via cheque and EFT

· Monitoring vendor statements

· Preparing and posting accounts receivable invoices in Visual software.

· Accounts receivable collections

· G/L reconciliations

· Maintain good relationships with both customers and vendors.

· Additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements

· Visual experience an asset

· Comfortable communicating with all levels of management across various divisions and departments

· Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, organization, and accuracy.

· Fluent in English

· Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.

· Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of support tasks.

· Post-Secondary education in an Accounting related field of study
