Accounting Clerk and Administration - Okotoks Office
An Okotoks area Company is accepting resumes for an Accounting Clerk. This role is a PERMANENT position.
The successful candidate will be working directly for the Accountant. The Accounting Department is responsible for managing all internal accounting. Major roles include Full Cycle Accounting, Reconciliation of Cash, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll back up and various Office Administration duties.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Attaining set daily and month end accounting goals
- Working with QuickBooks Online
- Supporting the small Office Environment
- Well -spoken, superior communication skills
- Organization skill set
- Data entry and reporting
- Strategic mindset
Experience and Skills Required
- Two Years in an accounting and administration role
- Strong Computer Skills (Office Software Platforms and systems)
- Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Payworks
- Willing to Learn new processes and procedures
- Ability to work well within a Team setting
- Accuracy of data entry is imperative

- Hours of Operation are 0800 – 1700 daily
