Role Overview:

The Accounts Payable Specialist at Select Finishing Ltd. plays a vital role in the company's financial operations. Your responsibility encompasses managing and executing Accounts Payable tasks, maintaining financial accuracy, and fostering financial controls. You will be tasked with the precision-driven oversight of financial obligations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions while upholding the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage Accounts Payable processes and maintain meticulous financial records.
• Align purchase orders with fiscal policies, ensuring financial integrity.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and address discrepancies with agility.
• Analyze expenditure to identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Facilitate internal and external audit processes by providing comprehensive support.
• Enhance the financial acumen within the team by mentoring junior staff.

Ideal Candidate:

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial management software.
• Exhibits exceptional organizational skills, with an aptitude for prioritizing effectively in a vibrant environment.
• Communicates with clarity and purpose, enhancing internal collaborations and vendor relations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
