Factory Outlet Trailers is growing again! As we continue to expand, we are looking to fill the position of Accounting and Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have impeccable organization skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and an ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
-Administrative Assistance including occasional Reception Duties (answering phones, assisting customers and taking payments)
-Accounts Payable Duties including data entry, reconciling statements, processing payments and remittances
-Assisting the accounting staff with other data entry as needed
-Assisting Sales and Admin teams with other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
-Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
-Highly Organized with ability to focus and prioritize multiple tasks at once
-Strong phone, computer, and customer service skills
-Ability to work occasional Saturday shifts
-Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Able to work independently and in a team environment
-Must have high energy and strong desire to achieve results
-Attention to Detail
