```Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with budgeting and account analysis tasks.
- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
- Process accounts payable and manage vendor relationships.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for financial tasks.
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
