SalaryWe are a fast paced business, having over 550 employees and are looking for a bookkeeper/administrator. Job would include payroll, entering sales, reconciliation of bank statements, answer phones, accounts payable and numerous other aspects related to accounting. We use Quickbooks as our accounting software. You would also need to do some hands on work with employees and attend 4 to 6 crew functions per year. You must be a people person, as you will be required to interact with Managers, crew and Supervisors. You also need to be highly organized and able to work with minimum supervision. You must either have previous bookkeeping experience, or education or a combination of both. We will train you for our system but basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting practices is a must, along with superior organizational skills.
