We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position for a person with exceptional accounting and administrative skills and experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts payable and receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and tax preparation. The successful candidate will also have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and providing timely reports to the management team. You will be required to complete the bookkeeping of multiple companies so exceptional organizational skills is a must. Fluent English is a requirement. Strong Quickbook Desktop, Quickbooks Online, Tax Preparation and Microsoft Office skills is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain and update accounting records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and deposits.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare payroll information for processing.
  • Handling client inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Other ad hoc reporting

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
