Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Assist with account reconciliation and account analysis
- Utilize accounting software to process payroll, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Data entry, as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of payroll processing and accounts payable procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
