With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our Ogilvie Subaru location is looking for an experienced SalesReceptionist.
Responsibilities
- Administrative sales duties such as filing, F&I paperwork, photocopying, answering and coordinating phone calls, etc.
- Greeting and supporting customers throughout their time at the dealership.
- Using POS system to support customer transactions.
- Effectively navigate and use various electronic tools and systems to organize and complete tasks.
- Lease Buyouts
- Delivery Coordination
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experiences
- High attention to detail and able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfort working with all levels of staff and customers
- Strong verbal and written skills and proficiency in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
