We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor for our family owned and operated business. We have been established since 2003 with a large customer base and provide repairs to all types of automobiles.
We would love to have an outgoing, friendly and organized person take on this role. This is a Monday to Friday 8am-5pm position.
The job duties of this position include:
- Greeting customers on the phone and in the front office.
- Scheduling and keeping track of appointments.
- Recording vehicle odometer reading, VIN, plate, etc.
- Creating work orders that outline the customers concerns.
- Transferring the technicians inspection notes onto work orders.
- Locating replacement parts through different suppliers and ordering.
- Keeping track of inventory.
- Quoting jobs and presenting them to the customer.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front office space and desk.
- Communicating between the customers and technicians.
- Completing transactions.
- Follow up calls with customers.
On the job training will be provided including learning the shop management software. Customer service experience and basic automotive knowledge is a must.
Hourly pay rate is to be discussed depending on experience.
