Position Summary:
Our Service Advisors are the critical link between our technicians and our customers. From basic maintenance appointments to complex emergency repairs, you will advise our customers on how to best take care of their Hyundai while providing a best in class customer experience.
Reports to: Service Manager/Fixed Operations Manager
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers within the dealership
- Depart from traditional ways of doing things to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle
- Coordinate activates relating to the repair of vehicles to ensure its fixed right the first time
- Obtain customers approval on all work to be completed
- Meet or exceed goals set for customer satisfaction index and other KPIs
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of warranty claims with Hyundai Canada for all warranty repairs
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Build productive and positive working relationships with co-workers
- Ask relevant questions regarding repairs or servicing to ensure proper information is passed on to customers
- Answer phone calls, text messages and emails promptly and courteously
- Any other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma / equivalent or higher
- Valid G Class Driver’s License
Required Experience
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (Hospitality industry experience considered an asset)
- Sales and/or Automotive experience an asset but not required
Physical Requirements
- Moving about the dealership
- Using computers and tablets
- Bending, stretching, lifting, reaching, and climbing
- Utilizing physical and manual dexterity
- Driving vehicles
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Using equipment consistent with industry standards

Salary: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
