Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Automotive Service or repair industry preferred
- Knowledge of auto body repair, brake repair, shocks struts, air brake, transmission, suspension, alignment, oil change, and diesel engine repair
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and provide recommendations for repairs
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record keeping
- Cash handling experience is a plus
