We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our team. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our office.
```Responsibilities:```
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Schedule client appointments and maintain an organized calendar
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Assist with data entry and maintaining client records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare and distribute reports, invoices, and other documents as needed
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing office supplies
