What You’ll Do:
- Build community and customer advocates by responding to, and providing support to users on social media platforms both publicly and by DM
- Moderate and respond to reviews left on platforms such as Trustpilot, Google, SiteJabberand the App Stores
- Monitor and respond to communities such as Reddit and build relationships online to helpimprove customer loyalty
- Manage inbound requests and respond to complaints filled to the BBB and FCC
- Gather insights on our customer and provide feedback to teams across the organization to better represent our user’s experience throughout TextNow
- Work with cross functional teams to deliver a great customer support experience by representing the voice of the customer
- Build TextNow’s profile online to foster positive sentiment and perception of TextNow
Who You Are:
- Customer–centric and passionate about providing top notch care to our users
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Care with a public writing component
- Familiarity with modern smartphones and the Telecom industry
- Strong writing skills with consistent tone of voice
- Strong ability to think critically and collect, read, and interpret data
- A self starter that is always looking to iterate and improve
- A team player that excels in fast paced environments
- A quick leaner who can ask questions when they need to
