SalaryWe are seeking an energetic individual with a high level of customer service, experienced in sales, Marketing and Lifestyle Programming. This is on-site work at Russell Meadows Retirement Community located in Russell, On and the corporate office in Embrun, On
Duties
Under the direction of the general manager, develop and implement programs and tasks to achieve occupancy targets
- Market residential suites
- Sales and marketing activities
- Prepare and update presentation materials
- Update and organize internet site
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries for permanent stays or respite stays
- Conduct tours
- Organize and participate in events which may include weekends or evenings
- Posting on social media
- Maintaining and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Maintain statistics to evaluate sales and marketing effectiveness
- Maintaining good relationship with customers, residents and team members
- Prepare Marketing and activity budgets and monitor
- Prepare and process Tenancy Agreements accurately, CHIP
- Coordinate move-ins and room preparation
- Coordinate internal and external public relations activities
- Provides and explains Resident Handbook and conducts post move-in tour and visit
- Collects and forwards pertinent information to other departments and ensure notifications to corporate office.
- Enhance the home's community awareness/image
- Maintain ongoing contacts with potential residents and their family
- Conduct annual competitor survey
- Prepare resident care experience with engaging and memorable programming
- Prepare communication to internal and external customers (newsletters, posters, notices, calendars , etc...
- enhance fundraising efforts of the residence
- lead, manage and enhance the volunteer program
- Other duties as needed and as assigned
Requirements:
- Qualities: engaging presenter, tactful, diplomatic and a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Post-secondary education sales and marketing an asset
- Work Experience in retirement homes, healthcare or real estate
- Sales, Marketing and advertising experience
- Knowledgeable in office software including excel, word and video conferencing
- Knowledgeable in social media platforms such as facebook and instagram
- Must have a valid Ontario driver's license
- must be available for a flexible schedule which will include weekends and/or evenings
- Complies will all relevant corporate policies and procedures
- completes required mandatory training and education
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
