JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Division Manager, the job holder is responsible for continuous communication and collaboration with customers, order taking and order entry activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interacting with customers via, phone, email and text
- Order taking and order entry, processing invoices and credit notes
- Answering and re-directing incoming phone calls.
- Become a product expert and understand customer needs to provide real, effective solutions, delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Practice a method of order “getting” focusing on outbound calling, as opposed to order “taking”
- Data entry and updating records
- Greeting customers and visitors
- Communicating and co-ordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, qualifications, special training & experience required:
- Post secondary education (Diploma or Degree) considered a strong asset
- Minimum 2 years’ Customer Service experience
- Past experience with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise or alternate ERP system would be an asset

Other knowledge & skills:
- Computer proficiency with advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure

Healthy Selections operates when Ontario schools are in session. At times, we close or reduce our staff, during school holidays, breaks (Christmas, March Break, Summer Break) and professional activity days.

Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
