Job Description

As a CSR at TLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day to day operation. You will be responsible for providing support to customers over the phone or in-store, assisting with customer inquiries, managing sales data, and helping to coordinate sales activities including dealing with government funding agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer/OT-PT Support: Respond to Customers, Occupational & Physio Therapists inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about products/services and assist with order processing.
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory levels.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties such as filing, scheduling service appointments, and preparing reports.
• Communication: Collaborate with different departments, including service and fulfillment, to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales/service documents.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and report on inventory levels, ensuring stock availability for sales orders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar CSR or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in [industry] is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (required)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

Language:

• French (preferred)
