We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team!
The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience and assisting with the smooth operation of the front desk area. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, friendly and energetic and will also have strong computer skills. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for different receptionist and clerical duties at our gym along with helping with cleaning, processing memberships.
Customer Service Sales experience is required.
As the first person seen when you walk in, your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be to make our members and potential clients feel comfortable. Must be competent in excel spreadsheet, phone calls, and emails. Able to multi-task, work under pressure and be flexible with job tasks.
Salary will be based on experience.
Our hours of operations are Monday to Friday 4:00pm to 9:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:30pm. CLOSED Sunday
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
