Customer Service Agent - Delivery And Pickups

We are currently seeking to fill a Customer service agent / delivery and pick-ups position for our Toronto concept store.

You role as a Customer service agent / delivery and pick-ups:

• Contact customers to coordinate in store pickups and collect payments;
• Assist customers coming for pickups with invoicing and payments.
• Receive all incoming phone calls and department emails;
• Process routine clerical transactions in between phone calls;
• Enter the information into the system and trace the previous operations according to the situation;
• Resolve customer concerns, respond to their inquiries and create service Work Orders as required, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures;
• Ensure items being returned are properly accounted for inventory.

• At ease with inventory operating systems and good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
