Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner to the spin studio and RMT room
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure all products are well stocked
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with phone systems and Front Desk operations
- Experience with Mariana Tek software is a bonus
