Front Desk Dynamo

If you are bubbly, super organized, and love animals, you might be the perfect candidate for one of Pandosy Village Veterinary Hospital's Front Desk positions.

We are looking for one - two amazingly friendly administrators that can book appointments, find the right pet food for inquisitive parents, sweep the floor, hand out treats, track patient files... all while juggling a squirming puppy.

Our ideal candidates have experience with pets, are very service and detail oriented, and have administrative, medical and/or sales experience. We are looking for sunny dispositions, quick wits and calm under pressure (it gets very busy at our hospital!) Interests in pet nutrition and alternative medicine are major assets. Must love dogs. And cats.

Working at Pandosy Village Vet is a fantastic, long-term opportunity for a devoted pet pro. You will be learning and working alongside holistic veterinarians, an animal chiropractor, and several passionate pet health professionals.

We are looking for a full-time position (preferably) working 4-5 days a week, between Monday-Saturday.

However we are open to a part-time position, if the person is the right fit, working 2-4 days a week, between Monday-Saturday.

You must be able to work Saturdays (excluding long weekends) to be considered for either positions.

Our new hires will start as soon as possible, to enable you to have the maximum amount of training time.
